Since October 2010, Hervé Pachoud and his team have brought sunshine into the cuisine of our restaurant, Le Jardin des Frênes.

When he was 8 years old, Hervé Pachoud already knew that he would be a Chef. One of his grandfathers was a pastry chef, the other was a butcher, and he admired both of them.
His parents, who quickly understood his passion, followed him and helped him becoming successful.

Growing up, he was surrounded by the savors of the Provencal countryside, the aniseed, the olive oil… His path was mapped out: hotel and catering school, a succession of prime positions in prestigious establishments from the Côte d’Azur and the Alps, to Corsica, Brittany and Perigord.

Passionate by cooking, he likes giving a delightful twist on the mediterranean cuisine, and finds his happiness in the overjoyed look in his clients' eyes when leaving the table.

This is a goal to which he never has sacrified anything, and never will.
