Menus are a veritable tour of local gastronomy and reference the culinary motifs and heritage of the region.
Dine in a classic setting - walnut woodworks, oak floor and Provencal decorated beams. During summer, dinner is served on the outside terrace under the shades of palm trees. Emphasis is on fresh, local ingredients, brought by head chef Jean-François Romeas, his experience spanning ten years spent in between south of France, Belgium and exotic destinations such as Tahiti and Reunion Island.
